About the Author

Soraya Shaw MSc

Soraya Shaw is an Applied Neuroscientist who loves nothing more than guiding people in discovering just how amazing their brains truly are.

After years of working with adults on the science of emotions, learning and confidence, she realised something important: children deserve this magic too.

Soraya created The Brainy Brains of Mindsville© to turn real brain science into joyful adventures - full of glowing characters, big feelings and “aha!” moments.

Through her work at BrainShaw® and as co-host of The Brainy Podcast, she brings curiosity, creativity and kindness to everything she does.
